Hello All! ^_^ I'm new here, so i need some help with my game.

- how can i change the menu screen of the game?
- how can i put my own voice in game?
- how can i change "Winmugen" icon?

1: change menu screen: you should call it "Screenpack", because you'll find lot of screenpacks on the internet, if you search them.
Each screenpack is made by lot of files, that REPLACE your current files. so make a backup of the data folder before applying a screenpack.
for some istructions (translated with google) looks here.

2: the voice i don't know. i'm not a programmer/coder/chars maker, so i can't help you.

3: right click, proprieties, icon and search for an icon.

1) you can change the screen without change screenpack.
go in data folder, and open with a program called "Fighter Factory" the system.sff file.
find the image of your screen, and change it with an image of yours, using "change image" botton.
the image you insert as new screen, must be 256 colors (8bit) and in pcx.

2) you have to use Fighter Factory. open the snd file of your char, and find the voice you want to change. than, with change botton, insert your voice.
the file must be wav.

3) i don't think it is possible. my mugen cannot permit me to change its icon.
