I can install new stages, but when I try to actually use them I get the following error message:
(Tenkaichi Budokai from DBZ by Destino_pt)
Error Message:
BG error reading stages/tenka3.def

Library error message: Error reading sprite stages/tenka3.sff

And it isn't just this stage, many other stages won't work for the same reason. :pianto:

Very good, Menjo, i think also that the problem is his mugen version. Menjo's version, is the most used one. Else you can take my version www.geocities.jp/mtv_009w/s.html (clicking on the first blue link), which is the newest as winmugen.
