I tried to download a character (Hotaru Futaba) from this web site (www.mugenation.com), but I can´t download it. Anyone knows what do I need to do to download anything? Cause I can´t download stages or screenpacks either.

No problem, I´m mexican, so my english must suck XD but yeah I can't download anything from this site T_T And I really want Hotaru!!! (why? cause I think she's cute XD )
