its a mugen game called, Naruto: gears of fate, its timeskip and pretime skip characters, i came here for help i need

Coders * aproximatly 3-5*
Stage spriters * 3 *
screenpack maker *1*
character spriters *5*
thats pretty much it

so can anyone help?
also the game style is Chibi and we have 8 characters, but most of my team left to join other games,
