Could someone tell me where to extract the files to? i may not be right but do you need to extract them into the named folder, like for stages... you extract to stages..??

yes and for chars extract in chars, and for the stages music extract in sound

and for add them into the game, open the file select.def in the data folder.
Open it with notebook or wordpad and you just need to write your chars and stages source.
For example, if you have chars Ryu and Ken (look their folder and .def name), and the stage "valley"you'll need to write this:

[Characters]

ryu\ryu.def,,includestage=0;Ryu
ken\ken.def,,includestage=0;Ken

(don't remove kfm (Kung Fu Man) mugen work thanks him)


....


[Stages]

stages/valley.def;Valley

(don't remove the two standard stages)

....

May i send you an email? i need something explained, and i dont know whats the matter with the .def files.. they seem fine.
