Hi, I noticed that when i downloaded the Win mugen beta (2001. 14 ect) that it only plays music really good if you don't have much characters or stage. But when I put my chars in and stuff it sounds real static like and it will lag and not play very well.

I know about Eve and everything but I am making a guilty gear type game (with the ggxx life bars and screenpack and stuff) and I have alot characters and stuff already set. Does anyone know a mugen type I can download that doesn't lag up and stuff but I can still add my characters and keep my same screenpack and stuff?

NVM: Lol I did some stuff.... It was kind of complicated involved the EVE Screenpack and a the mugen cfg file :) ... Now my graphics have a bright glow effect and the sound is perfect!

I'm gonna try and make an intro for it hehhehe. I love this stuff it keeps me busy. And now I must find music for every stage ^_^ Haha this is great.

I think that problem is related to MP3 files, I solved it converting all from MP3 to OGG and adding a pluging to play those in mugen. The plugin is included in the "CVS VS SNK SLASH" Rednavi's screenpack, you should be able to get it here:

then you should google for a good MP3 ==> OGG converter...
