Does anyone have a complete Haggar made from a Zangief sprite with moves, etc...? Thanks ahead of time

you can find an edit made by Actarus in fanatic muge...press the button download characters, Street Fighter Alpha / Edit and here you are Haggar ;) :birra:

I love the sprite but is there anyway to make it more level on the ground? He looks like he is floating off the ground. Any help is appreciated!
