First download the MusePack Plugin and put it in mugen/plugins at http://www.musepack.net and go to downloads and go to winamp 2/5 plugin and dl it;
then go to ur mugen.cfg file in ur data folder. search for this
plugin = looptype=1, plugins/in_mad and change it to this
plugin = looptype=1, plugins/in_mpc.dll, mpc
now download this to make mp3 files to mpc files http://www.poikosoft.com
download it and go to folders that have the mp3 files u wanna have on your stage and convert to .mpc
put it back in ur sound folder, go to ur stage folder and go to where it says music and change the .mp3 (or whatever it was) and change it to .mpc; let it convert and then remove the in_mad from ur plugins folder, and now you're done!

How can I raise the mp3 volume to be louder because the sound effects of the game are too loud and I can bearly hear the music,any help??
