Reu is the creator of the famous Evil Ken/Ryu and Dragon claw.
There was a protest against warehouses a few days ago and many sites got closed.
Some people said that the warehouse sites should be hacked.
TMasta, the assistant admin of the site put a malicious javascript in the site, a trojan downloader known as JS.AGENT.AC that once loaded can give your passwords to the hacker. Nugen nation is considered a warehouse by those fools so be especially carefull not to go to their site without an excellent virus blocker.

The Trojan was removed after it was reported on several sites but it could be uploaded again anytime so be careful :)

I'd like to explain to those people that Mugenation is not a warehouse and why. I don't like to listen that some people continue to think that we work illeggally, when, instead, we have changed so many thing to remove any risk of hosting illegal things...

The only thing they can not like is the fact that we want to promote opensource in Mugen (so characters can be hosted / modifyed also by other people freely... and also authors can use our codes in their projects...)....

But I think that I have the right to decide what type of licence I want into my own creations... And if I want to promote opensource, using myself as example I'd like that other people can follow, no one have the right to say nothing about it. I'm an author too and I can decide by myself what I want to do with my creations... do you agree with me? :P

X Xzest... Si il Mugen sta morendo... non so come sia la situazione in giappone, ma ecco come vedo le cose stando a quello che vedo ultimamente

1) Le nuove uscite sono di qualità decisamente inferiore che in passato. Personaggi molto "scattosi" e poco curati, una maggiore propensione a creare "giochi chiusi" la cui qualità sembra essere decisamente deludente... Sempre meno produzioni "singole" e sempre una maggiore decadenza

2) I vari siti stanno chiudendo, e non vi è più quella passione amatoriale che si muoveva all'inizio: Non c'è più quel senso di "retrogaming" che Il Mugen poteva far rivivere. Non c'è più quella componente nostalgica di far rivivere personaggi del passato (magari conosciuti) e condividerli con gli altri in un contesto mutabile a seconda delle esigenze di ciascuno.

3) Non c'è più il senso della produzione come un modo per condividere dei vecchi ricordi anche con altri che non li conoscevano o cercavano di ritrovarli... Ora quasi tutti producono solo per soddisfare il proprio ego...
Chiaro... non c'è nulla di male a cercare delle gratificazioni (a tutti fanno piacere i complimenti, e a volte i complimenti degli altri possono essere un incentivo a migliorarsi e a non abbassare il proprio standard qualitativo)... Ma la megalomania che vedo in giro è cosa ben diversa... Gli autori di una volta (quelli che mi hanno fatto avvicinare al Mugen con i loro personaggi) non credo fossero così... di sicuro le loro opere erano MOLTO più curate...

Questa è la triste realtà dei fatti.

Nota: Probabilmente Ranmaru sarà il mio ultimo personaggio... Ormai il mio tempo libero quasi non esiste più... Come vedi dalla firma il lavoro procede MOLTO a rilento (al momento ho dovuto interromperlo causa troppi impegni)...

Reu didn't add any Trojan into his own site... His site was hacked by someone, and the trojan was inserted by hacker...
About considering us a Warehouse is not true... he never say it!

The only thing I can do is to repeat here the asking for apologize to Reu. I feel bad for this situation.

Questa è la situazione:

Reu non ha mai inserito un trojan nel suo sito... Il suo sito è stato hacckato da qualcuno, il quale ha inserito il trojan in questione...
Sul fatto che egli ci consideri warehouse si è rilevato essere fatto non vero... a quanto pare non lo ha mai detto!

L'unica cosa che posso fare qui è ripetere pubblicamente la richiesta di scuse da me fatta anche nel forum di Mugenguild.
