it's all legal or most of it, unless u stole code or sprites.
capcom, and other released permission to RIP their sprites....

might somehow be resolved someday (SOON)
so, we are preatty STRAIGHT about legality what so ever...
and by legality we mean Code/Sprite thivery... it just does not seem "right" to steal someone else's work...

at the same time i agree with you that "i don't give a sh*t since they do not have it copyrighted"... infact, if it was done observing such laws, and the char had the right papers you would probably need to pay someone...
