ok im useing winmugen and i some chars i download.. well the icon for them in the char select screen are messed up they are multicolerd. how can i fix this?

by correcting the SFF file using mcm, extract the image of the porstrit (9000, 0) and re insert it by enabling the SharedCOlor checkBox
basically the color must not be shared with the rest of the char....

Ok i have MCM but I'm a noob i dont know how to use it so if you could tell me how to do that in noob turms i would preshate it.
