When I try to add music t a stage, it never lets me edit the .def stage file.

I followed these exactly, but if you notice the 3rd picture, it says
[Music]
bgmusic = KOF2000.mp3
bgvolume = 0
^^^^^^^^^^
I can't save that part because mine always says
http://img.photobuck.../SilverV/zz.png
After that, it gives me an option to save it as a text file, but I don't need that.

Thank you, but when I add it to the stage file and place it in the select.def file, it still doesn't play.

Yes....
put your mp3 in Mugen\sound.....
then in the DEF.....
bgmusic = sound/kof2000.mp3

bgvolume doe not seem to work, Slayer.....
So if volume is to low, you must modify mp3 with an higer volume.....
