And can I extract the sprite files with it?

Of course you can.

You have different ways.

You can use MCM - Mugen Character Maker (downloadable from our site).
or
You can use Mee - Mugen Editing Ensemble (also downloadable).

You can save all the images on PCX files.

I you use XP and choose MEE, Remember to PATCH the program B)
or else you will not be able to save :P
