Mugen des not have any implementation to Play movies.
maybe if elecbyte was still at it in the new version it would have been possible.

To make a movie in mugen:

1) rip the immages from the file, frame by frame.

2) make an sff file with all the animations.

3) make a def and you get the movie.

th ebetter way is to have 1000 immages with 1 tik in the animation. BUT making the animation IS A LONG AND PAINFULL JOB. B)

MCM, is the best tool for the pourpose.

download it and subsequently when you learn how to use it and insert the immages, deselect the sheared palette button and make the sff's paletteless.

is at the bottom right corner, it reads sheared palette. B)
