Forum MUGENATION: Character creation help - Forum MUGENATION

I have created a character Megaman X and I have done everything there is to do.Its 100% completed but only one problem. I have given him a super in which he calls forth energy balls from above in the form of meteors. I want that super to hit the opponent even if the opponent is lying on the ground. If anyone has played Marvel vs Capcom 3, the term OTG is the same thing in that game mechanics which stands for "Of The Ground". I have seen some characters in Mugen in which a characters OTG,s an opponent with a certain super or special. My question is How to add OTG property to my super?
