i've been having this error trouble with lots of charecters

library (built in) message : could not hange video mode

error message: invalid trigger: inguarddist
error parsing: trigger1, 4
error parsing: [stated-1]
error in [statedef -1]
error in konata.cmd (charecter i used as example for my problem)
error in konata.def
error loading p1

It seems that you use a DosMugen (for example Mugen 14.04.2001). (inguarddist is a trigger supported in winmugen but not in dosmugen, and the message seems to say that inguarddist is not recognized)
In this case I suggest you to use WinMugen, instead. You can download from RandomSelect.
