So, I have been working on this character for a little bit now and the sprite is only transparent in Fighter Factory. In Mugen it has the bounding box around it still. I made sure the background color was the same as in the pallet, Made sure everything was index color, even re imported the images again after reapplying the pallet to them. Same thing.
Is there a issue with this that I should be aware of? Should I upload my project for people to see? I'm fairly new to this.

I'll try to answer to your question:
Try to open Fighter Factory and insert in the palette the colour in the low-right of the tabel.
If it doesn't work write it here:i'll check this topic one time at a day.
Sorry for my bad english.

The transparent color is in the bottom right and I made sure it is the correct color. I can click active transparency and it works in Fighter Factory but when tested in Win Mugen, it has the backgrounds on the character. Would it help to upload a image?
Image is PNG for upload PCX in game.

if you add this sprite at your SFF, and you click on "cut" botton (to cut the background), it will be cutted or it remains the same?

If I use the erase tool, It works on the intro Frame but on any other group it just adds the yellow background where I erased. This one is really tricky. Maybe I can upload the project to a server and provide it for download. That way you can play around with it and maybe find the problem
